We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant in Massapequa, NYC to provide essential on-site operational support at our local office. This is not a full-time or part-time employee position.

Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Shipment Coordination & Inventory Management: Manage all office logistics by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers like DHL/Fed
Ex and performing regular inventory checks to maintain accurate digital records of equipment and supplies.
On-Site Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and liaising with vendors to resolve infrastructure or logistical roadblocks.
