Local Media & Campaign Performance Expert
Key Responsibilities
1. Media Advisory for Brand and Marketing Teams
- Review media briefs and evaluate media recommendations
- Support operational campaign execution
- Conduct post-campaign analytics and consolidate key learnings
- Use existing tools such as briefing templates and budget calculators to guide teams
2. Data Matching & Audience Insights
- Set up and execute data matching between internal teams and external data providers
- Assess audience relevance versus campaign objectives
- Provide actionable insights to marketing and media stakeholders
- Manage an ongoing project focused on new and innovative media approaches
- Coordinate across global and local internal teams and external partners
- Ensure structured project management, timelines, and deliverables
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Compile campaign and project results
- Develop clear performance and impact reports
- Ensure documentation of outputs and knowledge sharing
5. Process Support & Optimization
- Support internal functions in setting up or improving media-related processes
- Contribute to best practices and standard operating procedures
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with media agencies when required
Key Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of French market regulatory and compliance requirements related to product promotion, pharmaceutical industry standards, and GDPR/data privacy
- Strong expertise in media campaigns, media strategy, and performance analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluent in French (native) and English
- Based in France
- Hybrid working model: approximately 3 days per week on-site in Paris, remaining days remote
