The Data Management team plays a central role in enabling this ambition by providing reliable data, actionable insights and analytical support to all business units.

Job summary

The Data Analyst – Sales supports Euronews’ commercial activity across TV and Digital platforms. The role provides audience insights, campaign analytics and performance monitoring to support the sales process at all stages, helping sales teams optimise targeting, reach and monetisation.

This position sits at the intersection of sales support, audience analytics and research coordination, working closely with internal stakeholders and external research partners.

Main responsibilities

• Sales analytics & performance monitoring: Support sales teams with data analysis throughout the sales process (pre‑sale, campaign delivery, post‑campaign).
• Monitor TV and Digital campaign performance, including TV Reach & Frequency.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to support commercial decision‑making.
• Create, maintain and monitor audience segments aligned with commercial objectives and briefs.
• Translate sales briefs into relevant audience analyses and insights.
• Ensure consistency and reliability of sales‑related audience data.

Ad hoc research coordination

• Collect, structure and prioritise ad hoc research needs from sales teams.
• Coordinate with external research providers (research execution externalised).
• Analyse and synthesise research outputs into business‑oriented insights and presentations.

Stakeholder support & data culture

• Act as a key data contact for Sales and commercial stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving data literacy and data usage within sales teams.
• Monitor data quality and highlight any inconsistencies impacting commercial reporting.

Required qualifications and skills

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Experience working with audience, media, advertising or performance data.
• Ability to transform data into convincing commercial arguments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
• Knowledge of TV and/or Digital media measurement.
• Familiarity with BI and data visualisation tools.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Nice to have

• Experience working with external research agencies.
• Ability to speak French
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, GCP
