At Ubisoft’s International Headquarters, you will join the HR Transversal Tech Team, made of around 25 people working with the Ubisoft Tech departments which currently employs nearly 3,200 people worldwide. You will specifically join the Talent & Development team. You will report to the Transversal Tech HR Development Director.

As Learning & Development assistant you will support the L&D partner for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives within the organization.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align learning and development programs with business objectives and bring value to our tech teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in the development and organization of face-to-face and virtual programs on various Learning & Development topics for soft, management and hard skills. Support Learning and Development initiatives such as the onboarding of new employees, skills development, support for managers and user engagement. Ensure good program logistics: Participants management, trainings communications, coordination of different speakers, animation/facilitation of presentations and workshops if necessary, room and catering bookings. Maintain L&D dashboards to ensure visibility and the monitoring of our programs success. *Qualifications** A higher education student from an HR background, you have a real interest in Human Resources and project management, ideally you have initial experience in this field; You can influence and communicate with impact
