At Ubisoft’s International Headquarters, you will join the HR Transversal Tech Team, made of around 25 people working with the Ubisoft Tech departments which currently employs nearly 3,200 people worldwide. You will specifically join the Talent & Development team. You will report to the Transversal Tech HR Development Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and organization of face‑to‑face and virtual programs on various Learning & Development topics for soft, management and hard skills.
  • Support Learning and Development initiatives such as the onboarding of new employees, skills development, support for managers and user engagement.
  • Ensure good program logistics: participants management, trainings communications, coordination of different speakers, animation/facilitation of presentations and workshops if necessary, room and catering bookings.
  • Maintain L&D dashboards to ensure visibility and the monitoring of our programs success.

Qualifications

  • A higher education student from an HR background, you have a real interest in Human Resources and project management, ideally you have initial experience in this field.
  • You can influence and communicate with impact; you also have very good written and oral communication skills.
  • Dynamism, versatility and autonomy will also be the key words of this work‑study program.
  • You are recognized for your organization and your rigor.
  • You are comfortable using Excel, and possibly Power BI; knowledge of tools such as Miro or Klaxoon are a plus.
  • Finally, your level of English must be fluent.

Recruitment process

If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to schedule a phone exchange in order to determine if you’re a good fit for the profile, and to discuss your interests.

If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.

Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.
