Support the Development of the OPmobility internal university by contributing to 2 axes: Learning systems and tools as well as Leadership & Management Academy.

Mobility University by OPmobility is a shared space where expertise flows freely across Functions, Regions, and Business Groups and where the Learning strategy and processes as well as the global offer are shaped.

Mobility University is organized as follows:

  • 15 Academies: each of them addressing a key function (14 academies for each Job Families and 1 for Leadership & Management) and designed to build the skills that support our strategic priorities and lead on competencies which are transversal (relevant for more than one Business Group)
  • BG Learning: Business Group Learning Teams focus on BG‑specific competencies
  • Regional Campuses: responsible for deployment of cross‑BG’s learning modules in the region with administrative support of County clusters
  • Learning systems & tools: to define and administrate the main information systems used by all OPmobility sites to perform training management activities. The main ones being Mobility University LMS and LXP.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate to the Leadership & Management Academy learning offer creation/update
    • Create/co‑design learning content (for synchronous or asynchronous courses)
    • Coordinate learning content translation projects
    • Participate to the session organization of Group leadership program
  • Support the Learning operation worldwide
    • Support our Country Cluster (CC: team who manage the operational part of the training, organising sessions for collaborators worldwide) in the use of our Learning tools and systems (LMS and LXP). Provide guidance on tools usage, lead/co‑animate training session, answer questions.
    • Create communication material (news, articles, slides, …) on our learning digital tools, either to improve their usage or to accompany the launch of new features.
    • Participate to regular meetings with the learning solutions providers to discuss pain (issued from the fields) point and work on new feature set tup.

PROFILE

  • M1 & 2 in HR resources or specialised in Learning.
  • University or business school with a specialty in HR or Learning.
  • Pedagogical & communication skills, comfortable with AI tools.
  • At ease with digital tools: Office suite (mainly PowerPoint, Copilot, Teams and SharePoint), LMS.
  • Collaboration, results‑oriented, empathetic, creative, willingness to learn, attention to detail, organised, ability to prioritise.
  • English written and oral communication, with good communication skills, as you will be in contact with different teams and roles at international level and the deliverables will be done in English.
  • Previous experience in learning is a plus.
