Responsibilities
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for Recruiting the best talents in line with the Cluster business needs and Opmobility requirements.
- Manage cross BG recruitment activities within the Cluster:
- Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategy:
- In line with Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager & Global Talent Acquisition Director decide on recruitments to be managed internally or outsourced
- Evaluate and explore trainees/apprentices/VIE pipeline
- Build an external potential candidate pipeline
- Ensure application reviews on Sucessfactors (Opteam)
- Interview, select and present short list of candidates
- Integrate D&I strategy into TA tools, processes and methodologies to ensure TA is playing a pro-active role in driving forward OP's Diversity agenda
- With the help of the Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager develop local HR and managers on recruiting skills so as to hire candidates in line with OPmobility expectations
- Participate toCountry Campus management by attending forum, job fair and afterwork in schools and universities
- Build and keep up to date cluster talent pipeline
- Promote OPmobility image on our career site, LinkedIn and other social media / job boards
- Explain and promote OPmobility employer branding to Local HR and Managers
- Continuous improvement of our communication with external candidates (job offer, acknowledgment of receipt of application, follow up, hiring, rejection…)
- Prepare Interns Pool for the plant need in partnership with universities and schools
Profile
- Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration
- 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and more specifically in a recruiting agency
- Expertise in sourcing, interviews, assessment, candidate experience
- Results oriented, proven negotiation skills, very good communication skills, open to multicultural/intercultural environment, team player.
- Very good command of the English language and home country language
- Good command of Spanish is a plus
