Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Play a leading role in growing revenue: prospecting, opening new accounts, and identifying new markets.
• Take responsibility for the site's economic and financial performance: budgeting, margins, and profitability.
• Oversee all site activities: production, quality, safety, and supply chain.
• Manage, unite, and develop the skills of the teams.

Requirements

• Higher education (business school, engineering degree, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in operations management, site leadership, or overall activity management, ideally in an industrial SME or mid-sized company (ETI).
• Strong drive for commercial development.
• Ability to operate in a demanding, agile, and performance-oriented environment.
• Natural leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and strong negotiation skills.
