Wholesale Operations Coordinator (M/F) - Permanent full-time contract - Paris

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a Wholesale Operations Coordinator for a permanent position to join our team at our Paris office.
Under the guidance of the Wholesale Operations Manager and in collaboration with the other Wholesale Coordinator, you will oversee the management of operational and logistical processes related to international wholesale accounts.
Key responsibilities
Pre‑delivery
- Receipt and cross‑check of POs
- Generation of UPC and product information to be distributed to accounts
- Sending Proforma invoices to CBD customers
Despatch
- Sending shipping instructions to UK 3PL
- Overseeing final‑mile delivery from Warehouse to Customer
- Monitoring, tracking and follow‑up of deliveries
- Sending Proforma invoices to EU CBD customers and follow‑up payments
Final Mile Delivery
- Enforcing the compliance and presentation standards of all orders processed through 3PL Warehouses
- Collaborating with 3PL warehouse teams to consistently improve and streamline stock processing
- Processing of invoices in AP21, and providing tracking numbers to customers
- Ensuring tracking and invoices are sent in a timely manner upon dispatch of goods
In Season Tasks
- Processing in‑season stock reorders and swaps
- Maintenance of Wholesale delivery schedule
- Maintenance of ATS stock for Intl 3PL warehouses (Free Stock, Cross‑dock, QC items, Write‑off stock)
- Resolving stock issues at 3PLs at the direction of Supply Chain/Stock Manager
- Communicating with Finance team on payments and deliveries
WHS
- Participating in the development of a safe and healthy workplace.
- Complying with instructions given for your own health and safety and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures.
- Co‑operating with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
- Taking reasonable care to ensure your own health and safety and that of others
- Reporting any injury, hazard or illness immediately, where practical to Human Resources or a supervisor.
- Not placing others at risk by any act or omission.
- Not willfully or recklessly interfering with safety equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the Wholesale department of an international fashion company;
- Previous experience with international logistics and shipping processes;
- Previous experience working with major department stores;
- A thorough knowledge of MS Excel;
- Experience with ERP systems;
- High level of organisational and time‑management skills;
- Fluent in English.
