Channel Manager – Western Europe

To support the development of Minth Europe Robotics Business in Western Europe, we are looking for a Channel Manager to build and manage our regional distribution network, expand market coverage, and support business growth through local channel partners.

This role will focus on identifying, onboarding and enabling distributors, resellers and business partners across Western Europe, while working closely with headquarters and local teams to drive channel sales and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage channel partners across Western Europe, including distributors, resellers and other local business partners
  • Identify, qualify and onboard new channel partners aligned with the company’s business strategy and target industries
  • Build a structured channel network to increase market reach and accelerate business growth
  • Support partners with product information, sales tools, training materials and commercial guidance
  • Coordinate with headquarters and local teams to ensure smooth communication and effective partner support
  • Drive partner engagement, sales activities and business planning with assigned channel accounts
  • Track channel pipeline, opportunities and sales performance, and provide regular updates to management
  • Support contract discussions, commercial negotiations and partner onboarding processes
  • Organize or support partner events, product demonstrations, roadshows, exhibitions and other business development activities
  • Collect market feedback, channel insights and competitive intelligence to contribute to regional strategy and channel policy improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Marketing, International Trade or related fields
  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner development, business development or B2B sales in Europe
  • Strong understanding of distributor and reseller management in technology, industrial, robotics or automation-related sectors
  • Existing network of channel partners or local business contacts in Western Europe is a strong advantage
  • Experience in robotics, industrial automation, smart manufacturing, electronics or related industries is highly preferred
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business results
  • Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work in a cross-cultural environment and coordinate effectively with international teams
  • Self-driven, result-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-growing business environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe

Languages

  • Fluent in English
  • Chinese and/or French would be a strong plus
  • Additional European languages are an advantage
