Responsibilities
- Be responsible for sales targets and installed-base growth across the Large Accounts scope
- Define the Large Accounts commercial strategy for your market, account strategies and action priorities
- Develop healthcare and senior-living brands, and procurement/central purchasing groups
- Develop new framework agreements by systematically prospecting all groups at every level of their organization (procurement, technical, marketing)
- Prospect new clients and retain existing customers/partners to increase revenue
- Recruit and manage integrators in the healthcare and senior markets
- Identify and implement innovative sales models
- Promote and showcase new B2B services launched (Canal+ Room Streaming)
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative performance to help improve the Group’s offering positioning and to support negotiation of framework contracts
- Support the Professional Markets sales force
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales professional with experience in a similar sector (technology-rich service sales)
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in complex sales
- Knowledge of processes related to public tenders and RFPs (calls for tenders)
- Good business acumen and ability to propose solutions
- Good listening skills, strong interpersonal skills, and focus on customer satisfaction
- Initiative, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
- Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, and proficiency with office tools
- Ability to work in a team
- Commercial drive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Technical knowledge enabling you to explain product functionality and the benefits of their use to customers
- Creativity in defining and designing technical solutions
