- Develop revenue and market share across your territory
- Actively prospect new customers and retain your existing portfolio
- Promote solutions to surgeons, pharmacists, procurement teams and hospital management
- Implement the company’s commercial strategy in the field
- Lead and respond to tenders, highlighting agreements with group purchasing organizations and purchasing centers
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to operating room teams
- Develop and manage centers of excellence within your region
- Contribute to the successful launch of new, innovative products
- Identify growth opportunities and structure your commercial action plan
- Provide regular reporting on your activities and performance
Requirements
- Commercial and/or technical education
- Proven experience selling medical devices or operating-room equipment
- Good knowledge of the Southeast France territory and an active network with healthcare professionals
- Expertise in a specialty: gynecology, urology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, spine, thoracic surgery
- Hunter mentality with a strong results orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade senior stakeholders
- Autonomy, organizational skills and a strategic mindset
- Interest in innovative and fast-growing environments
