Quectel Wireless Solutions is global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on in EMEA region, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team.

We are looking for: Junior Regional Sales Manager France

• Support direct and indirect sales activities within the assigned region.
• Assist in acquiring and managing customer accounts under the guidance of senior sales managers.
• Contribute to business development activities aimed at expanding the customer and partner base in the region.
• Support channel management activities with Quectel distributors and assist in coordinating with their key accounts.
• Build and maintain business relationships with customer stakeholders across functions such as Engineering, Product Management, and Sales.
• Participate in customer visits, sales territory activities, and tradeshows as required.
• Provide regular reporting to management including sales updates, pipeline tracking, and forecast support, as well as other tasks assigned by senior management.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in wireless technologies, Cellular, IoT, or related industries.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn about new markets, technologies, and customer applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a regional sales team environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development activities.
