Your Role

As the Junior Solutions Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for:

• Collect and organize user feedback on Salesforce to improve usability and user experience
• Review system usage and provide clear guidance to help colleagues work more efficiently
• Support data accuracy by assisting in cleanup efforts to ensure reliable information
• Help troubleshoot issues as the first point of contact for staff needing assistance
• Guide users on Salesforce processes and assist with reporting tasks in a simple way
• Support system improvements by assisting with regular updates and maintenance
• Keep documentation up to date so it's accessible and easy to understand

Working Conditions

• Education: Degree in data science or relevant subject (information/network systems)
• Language(s): Local language & English
