Job Description

You will join our Oversight, Quality & Controls team, composed of 8 people within the Global Markets Operations department, which is looking for a Projects and Reporting Officer for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026 .

The OQC department is one of the sectors within the Global Markets Operations department, which encompasses post-market activities (Trade Support, Middle and Back Office). It serves as the point of contact for internal auditors (Inspections, Compliance, and Operational Risk Management) and regulators, is responsible for process quality (especially GMO data quality), and manages the GMO indicators' datalake.

More specifically, you will support the manager and the lead Oversight expert of the OQC team on team projects, particularly concerning change management, the transformation of the GMO department, and the deployment of initiatives from the new strategic plan within the team.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Taking charge of and contributing to projects assigned to the OQC team;
• Participating in the review of all existing controls (operational controls and managerial controls across all GMO platforms) whose results are reported to management and respond to regulatory directives: reviewing their relevance and defining completion rules (justification of results, adding evidence, conducting quality tests, etc.);
• Participating in the deployment of the new tool chosen for controls and facilitating workshops for GMO teams to adopt the tool;
• Developing and facilitating workshops on the adoption of new technologies or tools developed through them;
• Supporting the team manager in their activities, particularly regarding:
  • Reporting and documentation, such as implementing GMO project monitoring reports (deployment of Natixis's new Strategic plan), developing presentation materials, drafting operating procedures and guidelines, and participating in the deployment of the Document Management Tool (SharePoint containing GMO department documentation) with an AI-based search engine;
  • Interactions with the GPO/BPE community (Global Process Owners and Business Process Owners).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+4 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance. You are proficient in the Office Pack, particularly Microsoft 365. You enjoy teamwork and a diversity of topics. Additionally, you possess excellent interpersonal skills, a very good capacity for listening, and strong writing abilities. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
