Junior O2C Specialist (Dutch + English) | On-Site | Porto, Portugal

We are currently looking for a Junior O2C Specialist to join an international finance operations team in Porto, Portugal . This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable within a global business environment .

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work Model: On-Site

Start Date: As soon as possible

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Salary: 1,557.10€ x 14 months + benefits + bonus

What You'll Do

• Support Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes
• Monitor and follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances
• Ensure accurate financial records and documentation
• Work with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues
• Assist with reporting and financial analysis
• Maintain strong customer service and communication standards

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations (2–5 years is a plus)
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Good analytical skills with MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus
• Dutch (C1) and English (C1) proficiency
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and customer service orientation
