About the Role Cross Border Talents is recruiting French-speaking Social Media Customer Support Specialists for an international project in Porto, Portugal .We are looking for candidates with strong Customer Service experience , familiar with KPIs and performance-driven environments.

Work Schedule

Current: Monday Sunday, 10:00 19:00 (2 days off on rotation)

Please note: Night shifts will be added soon (rotative shifts, 09:00 21:00 initially, extending further).

Requirements

Native or fluent French speaker (B2/C1 level)

Good command of English

Proven Customer Service background , with experience in KPIs and targets

EU passport or legal right to work in Portugal

Availability to relocate to Porto
