As a Junior Consultant Pulmonologist, you will work closely with senior specialists to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of respiratory conditions. You will play a vital role in delivering respiratory care, performing diagnostic procedures, and supporting multidisciplinary teams in providing comprehensive treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and managing patients with respiratory diseases under the supervision of senior consultants.
• Conduct diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and support bronchoscopic procedures.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to provide personalized patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and departmental meetings.
• Stay updated on advances in pulmonology and apply evidence-based practices.
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the pulmonary department.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with specialization or residency in Pulmonology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonology.
• Prior clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility setting.
• Familiarity with pulmonary diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
