Our client is seeking an experienced Ivalua Administrator to take ownership of the RUN activities for a recently implemented procurement SaaS platform.

The solution has been live since late 2025 and has now transitioned out of hypercare into steady-state operational support as of early 2026. While the environment is still in an early stage of maturity with only a limited number of entities currently live, there is a clear roadmap for significant expansion across additional countries and business units in the coming years.

This role is critical in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of the platform as it scales. You will act as a key point of contact for operational support, combining both functional procurement knowledge and technical SaaS administration expertise. The position is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where processes are still being shaped and improved.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of RUN operations for the Ivalua procurement platform in production
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability to ensure stable operations
  • Manage and resolve incidents, acting as escalation point for L2 and L3 support
  • Support end users and coordinate with local support teams across regions
  • Oversee and support integrations between Ivalua and external systems (e.g. ERP and finance platforms)
  • Manage change and release processes, including validation of production deployments
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data protection requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational support processes and system governance
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure effective system usage and issue resolution
  • Support the ongoing rollout of additional entities and countries onto the platform

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Ivalua Administrator or similar procurement SaaS platform support role
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including source-to-contract and procure-to-pay (P2P)
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications in a production/run environment
  • Familiarity with ERP and finance system integrations
  • Experience handling L2/L3 support and incident management processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a technical-functional environment
  • Ability to manage change and release processes in a controlled production setting
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams
  • Fluency in English and French (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in an evolving, fast-growing environment
