Why this role matter?

Your goal will be to help ensure our technology infrastructure and core business applications run smoothly, contributing directly to operational excellence and user satisfaction across the organisation.

✨ How will you make an impact?\n\n

Handle incoming support tickets and provide L1–L2 assistance to business users, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of service quality

Perform day-to-day system administration tasks including user management, access provisioning, profiles, and permission sets

Support the management and administration of Salesforce environments (user provisioning, security model, flows, reports, and dashboards)

Assist in maintaining and deploying business applications and environments

Contribute to reducing the ticket backlog and improving resolution times

Collaborate with the Digital & Technology team on ongoing projects and improvement initiatives

Document configurations, processes, and solutions to support knowledge sharing

Support end-user onboarding and provide basic application training as needed

Assist in identifying and escalating recurring issues to drive root-cause resolution\n\n
