About Your Team And Your Mission
You will join our 4‑person Security & IT team, working closely with office management and across all departments. Your work will support a trusted IT infrastructure for Fortune 500 customers, maintain SOC 2 certification and zero‑trust principles, and provide a secure, frictionless foundation for the company’s growth.
Your Main Responsibilities
Proactive improvements and automation (60 %)
- Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows using N8N, Okta, Google Workspace and custom scripts
- Improve the hardware inventory system and asset‑tracking processes
- Design and deploy IT security controls aligned with SOC 2 compliance
- Build self‑service tools and documentation to reduce repetitive support tickets
- Optimize device‑management policies across Mac and Linux fleets using Kandji MDM
Operational support (40 %)
- Respond to IT support requests
- Manage access requests following least‑privilege principles
- Handle laptop ordering, delivery tracking and device configuration
- Procure and manage accessories (headsets, peripherals, etc.)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and account issues for team members globally

- Terraform & Ansible (Infrastructure as Code)
- GitLab CI & GitHub Actions (automation pipelines)
- n8n (workflow automation)
Ticketing & Collaboration
- Linear
- Slack (primary communication, support channels)
- Notion (documentation, runbooks, processes)
Security & Compliance
- Vanta (SOC 2 compliance automation)
- Crowdstrike (EDR/endpoint protection)
- Tailscale (VPN infrastructure)
Procurement & Finance
- Spendesk (corporate spend management, invoice processing)
- Apple eCommerce & Dell Premier (hardware vendors)
About You
If you think you match at least 70 % of these criteria, please apply!
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- 0–3 years of professional IT support or systems administration experience
- Comfortable with Mac and Linux environments – managed devices, troubleshot OS issues, or supported end‑users on both platforms
- Automation mindset – you naturally ask “How can I prevent this ticket from happening again?”
- Security‑aware approach – you understand the why behind access controls, encryption and least‑privilege principles
- Clear communicator with empathy – you translate technical concepts for non‑technical colleagues and document processes others can follow
Preferred but not required skills
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Experience with Okta and Google Workspace Admin
- Hands‑on MDM experience (Kandji, Jamf, Fleet or similar)
- YAML/JSON configuration files
- GitHub/GitLab workflows
- Previous experience in a SaaS or cybersecurity company
