IT Service Delivery Specialist

Acne Studios is a progressive luxury fashion house based in Stockholm with offices worldwide. As an IT Service Delivery Specialist at our Paris office, you will be a key player responsible for providing incident and request support to internal users and customers, ensuring ITIL‑based practices and procedures to deliver best‑in‑class technical service support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of the global IT Support & Delivery team and responsible for managing and resolving incidents, service requests, and operational tasks from users or monitoring business systems. You will provide IT support via phone, ticketing, remote tools, and walk‑ins, documenting and following up cases to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will take ownership of IT infrastructure in the Paris region, support networks, servers, workplace technology, cloud services, meeting room systems, and retail technology. You will lead technical dialogues with stakeholders and vendors, facilitate integrations, enforce global IT processes, and continuously improve service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of customer service or technical support in a modern IT operations or service delivery environment.
• Experience leading and owning regional IT infrastructure (networks, servers, workplace technology, security, vendor‑managed services) in Paris or an equivalent region.
• Proficiency in ITSM processes and tools (incident, request, change, problem, knowledge).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AD/Entra ID, Office 365 Suite, Windows, macOS, iOS, printers, meeting‑room systems, Cisco Meraki, Intune, and retail/Store technology.
• Experience with vendor management and stakeholder facilitation for technical integrations.
• Clear, structured communication skills; ability to build rapport with users and stakeholders at all levels.
• ITIL qualification or experience in an ITIL environment is meriting.
• Microsoft certifications are considered a plus.
