IT Service Delivery Specialist – Paris

As IT Service Delivery Specialist at our Paris office, you will be a key player responsible for providing incident and request support to internal users and customers, ensuring ITIL-based practices and procedures to deliver best‑in‑class technical service support. You will engage with system owners and stakeholders to drive IT‑related activities from start to finish, coordinate and align the right stakeholders for successful end‑to‑end delivery, and ensure regional and global processes are followed and continuously improved. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with the latest IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of the global IT Support & Delivery team—based in Stockholm, Paris, Shanghai, New York, and Tokyo—ensuring the stability, continuity, and quality of IT services across offices, stores, and warehouse operations worldwide.
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational tasks from users or monitoring business systems, devices, and networks.
- Provide IT support through existing communication channels—phone, walk‑ins, ticketing system, and remote support tools—while documenting and following up on all cases to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Perform hands‑on and remote fixes, including installing and upgrading software, configuring systems and applications, and installing hardware.
- Take ownership of the IT infrastructure in the Paris region, ensuring operational stability, compliance, and alignment with global standards.
- Lead and facilitate technical dialogues between internal stakeholders and external vendors, focusing on system integrations, development, and data flows.
- Coordinate and align the right stakeholders at the right time to secure informed decision‑making and successful delivery.
- Report to the Global IT Service Delivery Manager and be part of the IT department.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of customer service or technical support, preferably within a modern IT operations or service delivery environment.
- Practical experience with ITSM processes and tools, including incident, request, change, problem, and knowledge management.
- General working knowledge of server, network, and security administration; vendor management; and desktop support and workplace services.
- Hands‑on experience with PC and Mac hardware, communication devices, and basic networking.
- Demonstrated experience supporting environments that include Microsoft AD / Entra ID, Office 365 Suite (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint); storage solutions such as Egnyte and Box; Windows client, macOS, iOS; printers and meeting room systems; Cisco Meraki; Intune; retail/store technology (payment terminals, POS setup, RFID devices, receipt printers, etc.).
- Strong client‑facing and communication skills, able to quickly build rapport with users and business partners at all levels.
- Microsoft certifications are considered a plus.
- Experience working within an ITIL environment or holding an ITIL qualification is meriting.
- Ideally, experience across multiple IT functions or a genuine passion for technology (certifications, personal projects, home labs, etc.).
- Fluent in both French and English; this is a full‑time position where travelling will occur.
- You should have a customer‑service mindset, be self‑motivated, and take initiative to solve issues while also supporting team collaboration.
