Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and continuously update project plans, roadmaps, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery constraints
• Coordinate execution across multi-functional and multi-geographical teams, managing dependencies, resources, and timelines to deliver within scope and budget
• Own risk and issue management: identify and assess risks, maintain risk logs/issue trackers, implement mitigation plans, and escalate proactively when needed
• Lead stakeholder communication and governance, providing clear status reporting to executives/steering committees through dashboards and structured updates
• Drive effective delivery ways of working by running Agile rituals (stand-ups, planning, retros, demos), supporting change management/adoption, and promoting modern practices (DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native), including coordination of migrations and system upgrades

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience as a IT Project Manager
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong business analysis and product mindset: functional analysis, ability to simplify complexity, structured communication, and stakeholder facilitation
• Proven ability to translate business capabilities into high-quality API designs, with solid mastery of domain/resource modelling (DDD, REST, event-driven design)
• Deep understanding of modern API standards and specifications: REST, GraphQL, gRPC, AsyncAPI, CloudEvents, plus awareness of AI-driven integration (discovery automation, design assistants, agentic workflows)
• Preferred experience with API management/gateways (Kong, Apigee, MuleSoft, Gravitee) and integration tooling (iPaaS, Kafka/Pub/Sub, workflow automation), exposure to MCP/agentic/A2A automation, and experience in Agile/Scrum/product teams
