Responsibilities and Benefits
- Manage complex calendars, meeting agendas, and the signature folder
- Organise travel (planning and bookings) and coordinate meetings, including occasional catering and stakeholder liaison
- Handle monthly expense reporting and related administrative follow-up
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as main point of contact for the Manager Operations
- Manage office suppliers, contracts, and budget; ensure smooth logistics and administrative processing (orders, invoices, landlord/supplier correspondence)
- Support onboarding logistics, reception/visitor experience, and office standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Personal or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the IT consulting business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- High proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools
- Professional, organised, and service-driven attitude
- Office administration / facilities coordination experience (bonus)
