Position Summary

First Point Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a long-term, high-impact IT initiative across the Caribbean region. This role is vital for ensuring project alignment, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of technology solutions within a diverse and multicultural ecosystem.

Detailed Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of complex IT projects—from planning and execution to monitoring, control, and closure. Working remotely but closely integrated with international teams, you will drive project success through excellent communication, structured delivery methodologies, and strong cross-border collaboration. The position requires frequent interaction with senior stakeholders, ensuring that project milestones are met and business objectives are achieved. While the role is remote, you will be expected to travel to the Caribbean region as needed to support critical project phases and engage on-site with key partners. This long-term engagement offers exposure to international environments and major transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including scope, planning, timelines, and reporting
• Manage stakeholder expectations across multicultural and international teams
• Oversee project execution, risk management, and quality control
• Ensure alignment between technical teams, business units, and project governance
• Provide regular updates, documentation, and progress reports to leadership
• Coordinate onsite visits in the Caribbean region to support project milestones
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to best practices and methodologies

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Proven track record managing full lifecycle IT projects
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
• Experience working in multicultural or international environments
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+), written and spoken
• Availability to travel to the Caribbean region when required

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in telecommunications or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent
• Familiarity with enterprise transformation programs
