Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Leader to manage complex software development projects in an international public sector environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and software development projects
• Manage stakeholders and project teams
• Ensure delivery aligned with scope, timelines, and quality
• Apply Agile and structured methodologies
• Coordinate activities across international teams

Required Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management
• At least 8 years with methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, PM2)
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proven experience managing complex software projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in international/multicultural environments

Nice to have

• PRINCE2/PMP certification
• EU institutions experience
• ITSM knowledge
