IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to support and lead IT infrastructure projects at site level. The role focuses on the functional steering of infrastructure initiatives, ensuring strong coordination between business teams, real estate / general services, technical teams, and external suppliers.

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional IT solutions and ensuring delivery in line with timelines, costs, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and formalise business requirements related to IT infrastructure
• Produce functional requirements documentation and specifications
• Maintain requirements documentation and manage change traceability
• Organise and facilitate functional workshops with users and technical teams
• Validate technical solutions proposed by delivery teams and ensure alignment with business needs
• Supervise functional testing and solution certification phases
• Coordinate deployment activities and manage go‑live processes
• Support change management and manage project‑related disruptions through clear communication
• Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and schedules
• Propose and implement risk mitigation measures
• Report regularly to IT management on project status, risks, and mitigation actions

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure environments (networks, servers, telephony)
• Ability to understand complex technical architectures and collaborate effectively with IT experts
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and ITIL
• Proven experience in drafting functional documentation and requirements specifications
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)

Education & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Maîtrise d’Ouvrage roles or IT infrastructure project management
• Knowledge of security standards, network infrastructures, and cloud environments is a plus
