1)IT Technical Project Management :

Welcome to RIMOWA , the first German Maison under the LVMH Group.

Based in our HQ in Paris, the IT Technical Project Manager will be responsible for two key dimensions within our IT Infrastructure Team (Cloud & System, Network, Digital Workplace, Operations).

1)IT Technical Project Management :

You will lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, as well as cross-organizational initiatives that may involve various business areas across the company, including mainly retail but also, manufacturing, e-commerce, CRM, customer care, and finance. You will ensure a complete understanding of business needs and translating them into effective IT solutions. You will act as the de facto animator, orchestrator, and preferred liaison among all stakeholders and contributors for your assigned projects. You will be the guarantor of project commitments in terms of budget, deadlines, and quality, operating within an international context spanning three main regions: Europe, Asia, and North America.

2)Project Governance :

Beyond individual project management, you will assist the Chief Technology Officer in the implementation of project governance framework and best practices across the IT Infrastructure Team. It includes defining project methodologies and processes, ensuring good governance policies, and facilitating project portfolio reviews.

Job responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects and cross-organizational initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into IT project plans and solutions.
• Able to meet the identified business needs in collaboration with all the IT Domain Managers.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and required quality standards.
• Define all expected deliverables (functional specifications, acceptance booklet, etc.)
• Ensuring that the project schedule and costs are met.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project governance policies and procedures.
• Oversee project portfolio management and reporting to Chief Technology Officer.
• Champion best practices in project management and governance across the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with international teams across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Profile

VOTRE PROFIL :

YOUR PROFILE:

• At least 8 years of experience in project management with a strong IT focus, ideally in the retail/luxury sector
• Solid experience with cross-functional transformation processes in an international organization with impact on different business units
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams
• Strong sense of business issues and technical solutions. Capable of managing a process leading to the definition of solutions
• Proficient in project management (certification or experience in a consulting firm would be an advantage)
• Assertive, organized and independent
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to combine a hands-on approach (supporting onsite store topics) and taking a step back
• Dynamic, with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and French required, German advantageous
