Overview
Transatel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the fast-paced world of connectivity solutions. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base across all our businesses, forging strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Transatel's business objectives and growth plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team of 15 people, to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Engagement: Identify and nurture relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on IoT and MVNO industry trends and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to drive informed decisions.
- Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand Transatel's reach and market presence.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, and optimizing sales processes for efficiency.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Profile
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector
- Strong understanding of connectivity solutions, IoT, M2M, and eSIM technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Salary package: fixed salary + individual bonus + half-yearly profit-sharing and incentive schemes (investable in PEE or PER)
- Salary committees every 6 months
