Job Description

As an Oil & Gas Account Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships within the terminals business. Your expertise in account strategy will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. You will report directly to our Product Business Leader (Sr Sales Manager) and you’ll work out of France remotely. This role includes up to 50% of business travel, mainly in France and Spain.

In this role, you will impact the company's success by developing and executing strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities will contribute to the overall success of Honeywell in the Industrial Measurement and Control sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the terminals business, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record in the oil and gas industry.
  • Fluency in French and English, additional knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the terminals business and the Industrial Measurement and Control sector.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective account strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in the oil and gas sector.
