Investment Director

Our client, a leading investment platform is looking to hire an Investment Director to join its Infrastructure team in Paris .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of mid-market infrastructure investments (€50–200m EV)
• Originate and evaluate opportunities within the energy transition / climate infrastructure space
• Lead financial modelling, due diligence, structuring and negotiations
• Work closely with management teams and advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Support portfolio management and value creation initiatives

Profile

• ~10 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity infrastructure
• Ideally 4–5 years in investment banking followed by buy-side experience
• Strong knowledge of the French energy transition / infrastructure market
• Proven transaction experience in the mid-market segment

Requirements

• Fluent French and English
• Strong preference for candidates with a track record in France
• Additional languages such as German or Dutch are a must
• Exposure to Benelux or German markets would be advantageous
