Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst, Associate & VP

A leading regional Investment Bank is looking to add a VP into its Healthcare M&A team in Paris.

This is an established Mid-Cap focused Firm that has access to an enviable deal flow across a range of sectors. It generally focuses on Infrastructure and Industrials along with more conventional sector. The team is noted for maintaining a high performing yet entrepreneurial and positive culture to operate within where you will have good access to mentorship from the balanced team of advisors.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in the management and execution of Investment Banking mandates in the French market.
• Support the origination of Investment Banking transactions across the French market
• financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, and client presentations
• Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactions
• Conduct in-depth industry, company, and market research to support strategic insights
• Engage directly with clients, investors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time experience in M&A/Investment Banking
• Healthcare Investment Banking expertise is not essential but a bonus
• Strong technical skills, including financial modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, Comps, etc.)
• Exceptional academic background from a top-tier university or business school
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding and intellectually rigorous environment
• Fluency in French is essential
