Investment Associate

A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly skilled Investment Associate to join their Energy Transition team based in Paris. Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>

• Conduct in -depth due diligence on new investment opportunities and provide ongoing monitoring of existing investments.<\/span>

• Develop and review detailed financial models, investment committee memoranda, and investor presentations.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Manage relationships with key external partners including attorneys, consultants, and service providers.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Contribute to the investment process by engaging with internal committees and providing strategic insights.<\/span>

• Collaborate closely with corporate support teams across HR, legal, and other functional areas.<\/span>

• Participate in the development of marketing materials, press releases, and other business initiatives as required.<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in infrastructure funds or investment banking, with a focus on infrastructure or energy.<\/span>

    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong investment judgment and an authentic interest in business operations.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Demonstrated maturity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast -paced, unstructured environment.<\/span>

  • A degree from a top -tier business or engineering school.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in another European language.<\/span>
