Investment Associate

Associate – Infrastructure Private Equity (Paris)

Our client, a leading infrastructure investment fund based in Paris, is seeking an Associate to strengthen their team. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across Europe, focusing on essential infrastructure sectors such as energy, transport, digital, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to execution.
• Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare investment materials and present findings to the Investment Committee.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies on value creation and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to sector research and origination efforts across European markets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure/private equity, or project finance.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure sectors and transaction dynamics.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Fluency in French and English required; additional European languages are a plus.
