Job responsibilities

Within the Travel Retail Central Finance Team, the Data Analyst will assist the Senior Business Controller in business intelligence, data management, consolidation and reporting.

Your area of activity includes the following tasks :

Data management

• Support the maintenance of data systems (Power BI, Anaplan) by assisting with data integration, mapping updates, and data reconciliation
• Help extract and transform financial data reports to provide analytic insights and clear visualizations for stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Top Management)
• Assist in organizing trainings for key users and liaise with system IT teams to help troubleshoot issues when needed
• Contribute recommendations on best practices and support technological watch
• Act as a point of contact for internal business users and Power BI consultants

Support GTR consolidation

• Assist GTR controller on all month‑end close analysis (Monthly Sell‑in, Sell‑out, P&L, MMF, etc.)
• Participate in reporting phases of Global Travel Retail (Budget, LE1, LE2, R&O and Actuals)
• Support ad‑hoc analysis for top management (Business reviews, customer / product analysis, etc.)

Profile

• Currently enrolled in business, data science or engineering programme
• Excel has no secret for you / a first experience with Power BI and Anaplan is a must
• Knowledge of GCP is a plus
• Fluent English and French (written/spoken)
• A problem‑solving mindset, you know how to deal with complexity and thrive in a dynamic working environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
