Job responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager Assistant, you will support the team in managing and developing Travel Retail activities across several European markets.

Internship starting on September.

Your area of activity includes the following tasks :

• Support andmonitordemand & supply planning in key markets
• Assistwith order administration andlogisticscoordination
• Help track budgets, manage invoices, and update price lists
• Participate in the analysis of commercial performance (sell-in, sell-out, market share)
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations to track business activities
• Support the management and coordination of promotional materials (POSM)
• Occasionallyparticipatein marketing projects and events
• Help conduct market studies andidentifybusiness opportunities

Profile

• Currently enrolledin BachelororMasterprogram
• Initial experience in consumer goods, ideally in the luxury or wine & spirits sectoris appreciated
• Proficiencyin MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan) is a plus
• Fluent in English(written/spoken); any other European language highly appreciated
• A problem-solving mindset, you know how to deal with complexity and thrive in a dynamic working environment
• Stronganalyticaland communicationskills
