Job Description
Position and missions
You join our team that is looking for a ISR Project Manager , for an internship of 6 months from February 2026.
Within the Funds and Mandates Directorate, the SRI (Socially Responsible Investment) Directorate is responsible for SRI policy of AEW, the SRI strategy of the funds, the development of operational tools, the control of compliance with ISR procedures and reporting to investors.
This department manages all relations with AEW’s institutional clients. She manages the strategy and management of the Funds and Mandates. She is in charge of the development of the AEW activity. In this context, the managers are responsible for several funds and mandates that have integrated SRI criteria. This department is in contact with the different European offices.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
1) Operational management
- Strategic Management:
- Monitoring compliance with real estate funds' ESG strategies;
- Implementation of SRI management procedures for Asset Management and Investment, institutional and general public;
- Implementation of methodological tools, standard documents and digital tools, to enable compliance with ISR procedures;
- Control of compliance with ISR management procedures;
- Monitoring of indicators on SRI funds;
- Contribution to calls for tenders on ESG aspects;
- Management of innovative projects: biodiversity, renewable energies, health, waste, food waste, circular economy, etc;
- Acquisition and Asset Management:
- ISR valuation of assets at acquisition;
- Exemplary operations and testing of technological innovations in connection with the teams from Asset Management and the Technical and Sustainable Development Department, certifications, ENR, health, IAQ, biodiversity, charging stations, etc.;
- Intervention on new operations and work with promoters to implement innovative solutions and exemplary operations;
- Monitoring of asset improvement plans on SRI funds;
- Reporting:
- Implementation of automation tools for data collection and reporting production;
- Periodic ISR reporting to investors according to contractual provisions;
- Annual calculation of the carbon footprint of portfolios, and reporting to investors;
- Training and Communication;
- Monitoring technological innovations in DD/ISR;
- Regulatory monitoring on ISR;
- Responses to international assessments of SRI funds;
- Training in ISR operational practices for internal teams;
2) Representation
- Participation in occasional forum groups on SRI, the SRI label, green finance, etc.;
- Communication and marketing of the SRI actions carried out;
3) Corporate management
- Monitoring and communication on SRI policy;
- Monitoring of global indicators;
- Participation in responses to AEW international assessments;
- Participation in reporting to shareholders on ESG shares;
- Contribution to calls for tenders on ESG aspects;
- Support of the European teams on topics related to ISR.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the Bac + 5 level, you follow a Grandes Ecoles/Business schools/Universities type training with a specialization in Sustainable Finance. You have excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, a spirit of synthesis and curiosity. You are a dynamic, willing, rigorous person. You master the office pack.
