Job Description

You are joining our team that is looking for an Assistant Private Assets Fund Analyst for an apprenticeship of 1 year from September 2026 .

Within VEGA IS, you will more particularly integrate the Analysis & Selection team of funds in charge of identification, the analysis, selection and monitoring of multi-asset class investment strategies whether listed or unlisted, meeting the needs of the different teams at VEGA IS, according to financial and extra-financial (SRI) criteria.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Participation in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of funds during the pre-selection and due diligence phase;
• Exploitation of funds' financial data (track records, cash flows, performance data etc.) and participation in updating tools and analysis models;
• Contribution to the preparation of analysis reports and investment materials for the various internal committees;
• Participation in the monitoring of portfolio funds through the analysis of periodic reports;
• Carrying out monitoring work on the private asset market and its developments;
• Participation in exchanges with the GPs (support on calls and other meetings) and collaboration with the internal teams concerned;
• Maintenance of the documentation related to the offer and services provided by the team.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student level Bac+5, you prepare a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance / Asset Management / Financial Mathematics / Risk Management. You have a good knowledge of financial instruments and the different asset classes (favoring private assets). You have strong knowledge of VBA and PowerPoint. You are curious, versatile and rigorous. You also have the ability to work in a team with an international dimension.
