Job Description

LOGISTIS is a pan‑European vehicle specialized in logistics real estate, and one of the largest institutional funds managed by AEW in Europe. Since its creation in 1999, LOGISTIS has built up a portfolio of more than 150 Class A assets spread over 60 sites in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy and Spain, with a total value of more than €5 billion.

You join the Fund Management team and will have daily assignments to intervene on:

• Participation in the development and implementation of real estate strategies established with clients to ensure that achievements meet objectives.
• Assist the managers in their duties.
• Follow the financing aspects.
• Conduct the reports and analyses necessary for monitoring LOGISTIS' performance.
• Set up, carry out and monitor dashboards/reports consolidating information on all investment vehicles and contribute to the development of the activity.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us!

With a higher education (Third Cycle University or Business School – Financial and/or Real Estate Specialization, or Engineering School preferably supplemented by financial or real estate training) you have 2 years of experience.

You master:

• the financial modeling
• the office pack (in particular Excel and its advanced functions, PowerPoint)

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, and a good team spirit. You are:

• autonomous and rigorous
• with good adaptability and good writing skills
• proactive

You master English with a C1 level.
