International Nuclear Quality Coordinator

Location: Montreuil (93), France, with international travel.

About the role

Reporting to the Performance Manager of the Service Line Nuclear, you will support the deployment of Nuclear Quality requirements across the international scope. Working closely with target regions and countries, you will play an active role in:

• Achieving and maintaining the required nuclear certifications and qualifications (e.g., ASME NQA‑1, ISO 19443, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance of activities with local Quality and Safety requirements
• Adapting and deploying Nuclear Quality documentation in line with local requirements, while ensuring consistency with internal processes
• Preparing, coordinating, and monitoring certification audits, client qualification processes, and other external assessments, and driving the related action plans
• Coordinating and following up internal audits
• Contributing to the harmonisation of nuclear practices, considering regulatory constraints and specific local requirements
• Supporting the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System

Qualifications

• Degree from an engineering school or equivalent (Bac+5) with a specialization in Quality, QSE, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in nuclear quality
• Availability for international travel ranging from one week to one month
• Mastery of nuclear quality standards ASME NQA‑1 and ISO 19443
• Very good understanding of international regulatory frameworks and quality requirements
• Mastery of audit techniques
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international, matrix environment
• Strong written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
