Contract Type: Full time

Join Witco’s Sales team to help drive international growth and expand our global partner network. Following the recent acquisition of Sharing Cloud, Witco is accelerating its global expansion through strategic channel sales partnerships. In this role, you will work closely with the International Channel Sales Manager, building on the foundations already established to develop relationships in new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Source New Resellers: Proactively identify and integrate new reseller and system integrator partners in targeted regions.

  • Animate and Train the Network: Conduct training sessions and engage the partner network to ensure optimal performance and partner engagement.

  • Drive Business Opportunities: Collaborate with partners to identify and drive business opportunities until closing , ensuring alignment with Witco’s sales strategies.

  • Conduct Reviews: Lead regular account and opportunity reviews with partners to generate insights and contribute to the sales team’s success.

Preferred experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or in sales in SaaS.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a perfect level of English and a very good level in French good enough for internal purposed

  • Great hunting skills

  • Fluency in any of the following languages is a strong plus : Spanish , German , Italian , Mandarin , or Indian languages .

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record in new territory development.

  • Adaptable, enjoys diverse roles, and you are flexible to travel internationally if needed.

  • Motivated by challenges and persistent in achieving sales targets.

Recruitment process

  • Interview with VP Sales (30min)
  • Business case presentation (45min)
  • Final round interview with CEO.
  • Team meet-and-greet at the office.
