Regional Sales Manager – Trojan Technologies (Veralto Group)

Role Overview

Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, leads the optimization of municipal wastewater, drinking water, and industrial purification solutions. As a Remote Regional Sales Manager for the EU, you will drive growth in the municipal UV treatment market, reporting to the Municipal Sales Manager for the European Union. The role is based in northern France with up to 60% travel and offers full flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly sales plans to meet targets using customer engagement, value‑selling, and pipeline management.
  • Build a strong network of customers and channel partners to promote Trojan UV/Aquafides solutions within the municipal sector.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders influencing purchasing decisions.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competition, and opportunities at monthly pipeline reviews.
  • Engage in sales activities such as site visits, trade shows, demonstrations, and channel management.
  • Provide field input for corporate initiatives (market research, Kaizen, beta testing).
  • Support proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Track monthly KPIs and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead all municipal product activities, fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Use CRM to log activities, manage opportunities, and present pipeline forecasts.
  • Capture Voice‑of‑Customer insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Execute regional growth strategies through innovative tactics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in wastewater, drinking water, or environmental sectors.
  • Degree in a science‑related field (chemistry, biology, environmental science, engineering) is an asset.
  • Fluent in French (native) and English (proficient).
  • Based in northern France with willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
