SALARY: €50,000 - €70,000 per year depending on profile and experience

Your mission

As an Inspection & Expediting Coordinator , you will be responsible for coordinating supplier inspection activities and monitoring manufacturing progress to ensure that equipment and materials are delivered on time and in accordance with project quality requirements.

You will act as a key interface between suppliers, inspectors, expeditors, and project teams to secure delivery schedules and manufacturing performance.

Your responsibilities

Inspection & Expediting Coordination

  • Coordinate shop inspection and expediting activities in collaboration with inspectors and expeditors.
  • Act as the interface between suppliers and project teams for assigned purchase orders.
  • Ensure supplier commitments regarding quality and delivery schedules are met.

Manufacturing progress monitoring

  • Review and validate vendor production schedules covering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery phases.
  • Track supplier progress and identify risks affecting equipment delivery timelines .
  • Monitor critical milestones and escalate potential delays.

Supplier reporting & analysis

  • Analyze Supplier Monthly Progress Reports and Expediting Reports .
  • Identify critical paths and potential delivery risks.
  • Coordinate with project teams to mitigate schedule impacts.

Inspection planning & documentation

  • Maintain and update the Vendor Inspection Schedule .
  • Manage the Inspection Notifications Log and ensure proper scheduling of inspections.
  • Compile Inspection Reports (IRN / IRR) from supplier workshops.

Quality documentation management

  • Maintain the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) Register for all packages.
  • Track Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Manage Punch List registers following inspection activities.
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Inspection Status Reports .

Project coordination

  • Organize Hand Over Meetings with suppliers and inspectors.
  • Participate in post-order meetings, vendor meetings, and project coordination meetings .
  • Prepare and distribute Vendor Coordination Meeting Minutes .

Your profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Management .

Experience

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in inspection coordination, expediting, supplier monitoring, or manufacturing follow-up within EPC or industrial projects.

Technical expertise

  • Good understanding of supplier manufacturing processes and inspection workflows .
  • Experience in expediting, supplier documentation, and project logistics coordination .
  • Knowledge of Material Management Systems is an advantage.

Languages

  • Professional proficiency in English .
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
