Your Role:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the commercialization of our clients’ innovative technologies and services. Working closely with the Project Leader, Marketing Consultant, and Business Development team, you’ll identify, qualify, and support the closure of sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture leads: Source new sales opportunities through marketing-generated leads and proactive outreach via personalized emails, cold calling, and social media.
- Understand customer needs: Engage with customers to qualify opportunities by assessing their needs and evaluating the suitability of our clients’ technologies.
- Collaborate with the sales team: Route qualified opportunities to Novoptim’s Business Development Consultants or client Sales Executives, and support deal closure by mapping decision-making processes and identifying stakeholders.
- Maintain CRM accuracy: Ensure the opportunity pipeline remains up-to-date and accurate within the CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, with lab and/or sales experience.
- Mindset: A results-oriented professional eager to thrive in a challenging environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in small, collaborative project teams.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Languages: Fluent in English, proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
