Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality audits at suppliers (qualification, surveillance, action plans).
• Monitor and improve supplier quality performance (conformity rates, OTD, etc.).
• Manage supplier non-conformities : root cause analysis, 8D, corrective plans.
• Assist suppliers in implementing improvement actions (processes, methods, tools).
• Participate in product/process qualification reviews (FAI, PPAP, APQP).
• Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, supply chain, site quality).
• Intervene in supplier crisis situations to secure deliveries and production.
• Travel regularly to supplier sites in France.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bac +5 in supply chain, quality, industrial engineering, mechanical, or aeronautics.
• Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience (excluding internships) in supply chain or supplier quality.
• Significant experience in aeronautics (at least 2 years).
• Autonomous, rigorous, results-oriented, and capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional-level English; frequent travel expected.
