Rôles et Responsabilités

• Cartographier le parc matériel et logiciel.
• Maintenir la CMDB et l’automatisation de la découverte.
• Optimiser la gestion de licences et conformité.

Compétences clés

• Certifications CIS-ITAM / SAMPro (Software Asset Management Professional) - optimisation coûts / Discovery / Service Mapping.
• MID Server, patterns Discovery, licences logicielles (MS, Oracle, Adobe…).
• Processus Asset Lifecycle et CMDB governance, CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• Liens avec ITSM pour incidents / demandes / changements.

Soft skills

• Esprit analytique, rigueur documentaire, compréhension financière.
