Role Objectives (what Success Looks Like)
- Secure recurring revenue and account health
- Grow the portfolio (upsell / cross‑sell / scope expansion)
- Improve predictability (clean forecast, visible expansion pipeline)
- Win client vendor listings / referencements and make them productive (framework agreements, panels, recurring tenders)
- Coordinate delivery execution with Ops & Talent
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue & renewals
- Renewal strategy, contract security, negotiation
- Churn prevention (risks, action plans, executive alignment)
- Drive expansion
- Account plans that convert to revenue
- Upsell/cross‑sell/expansion discovery → closing → value follow‑up
- Run the client relationship (SMB → enterprise)
- Clear, firm, value‑driven communication
- Stakeholder management, satisfaction, issue prevention
- Coordinate execution (Ops & Talent)
- Staffing alignment, delivery quality, continuity
- Fast escalation and resolution of critical issues
- Vendor listings / referencements
- Trigger and manage vendor onboarding processes (procurement/compliance)
- Build the proof pack (KPIs, outcomes, references, case studies)
- Convert relationship into frameworks and recurring opportunities

Profile (2+ years experience)
- 2+ years in AM/AE/Sales in B2B (consulting/services in tech)
- Comfortable with renewals, expansion, risk management, negotiation
- Strong operating rhythm (cadence, CRM (Hubspot is a +), discipline, prioritization)
- Can handle a mixed portfolio (small, mid, enterprise)
- Professional English required (multi‑country teams / clients)
