We are looking for an Infrastructure & Storage Engineer to join our Infrastructure Services team in Strasbourg, working for a European Public Agency. We are looking for someone with experience in complex IT infrastructures in big datacenters.

Your role:

• Administration and Troubleshooting of infrastructure and storage solutions based on HP hardware for physical and virtual environments issues.
• Contribution to the design, operation and maintenance process of Virtual Environments based on VMware and Containers for system integrations within the current technology platform and the client’s ecosystem.
• Creation, contribution, and review documentation related to Virtual Environments within the context of virtual system deployments and virtual system architecture definitions and procedures.

Your profile:

• Experience implementing or operating complex VMware architectures: knowledge in high availability virtualization platforms based on vSphere version 6 or 7.
• Experience with storage solutions based on HP hardware for physical and virtual environments.
• Experience in Red hat, HP-UX, Nagios monitoring, BMS Hub and FTS.
• Experience in Microsoft Windows Server-based environment, Active Directory and supporting Microsoft services.
• Technical exposure to Disaster Recovery practices, Storage Management, and Backup procedures for virtual environments.
• Understanding of Network Virtualization and Storage Virtualization with some level of exposure to VMware technologies such as VSAN and NSX.
• ITIL knowledge.
• You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality is required).
