CEPH Backup and Storage Engineer

We are looking for a Backup and Storage Engineer with CEPH to join our Infrastructure team in Strasbourg.
Your role:
- Administration and support of CEPH storage clusters and OpenShift Data Foundation environments.
- Administration and Troubleshooting of infrastructure and storage solutions based on HP hardware for physical and virtual environments issues.
- Implement and operate systems and storage-related software providing shared services;
- Implement systems and storage performance tuning and analysis;
- Produce and maintain systems and storage technical documentation and operational procedures;
- Produce availability, backup and recovery designs and schedules;
- Daily monitoring and operation of backup jobs, ensuring completion and troubleshooting failures.
- Incident resolution within agreed SLAs and escalation when required.
- Provide operational support to internal teams and external partners.
Your profile:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (Backup/Storage Engineer).
- Experience in administration and support of CEPH storage clusters and OpenShift Data Foundation environments
- You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality is required) .
