Responsibilities
- Define, implement and maintain a group‑level IAM strategy that ensures secure and consistent control of identities, authentications and authorizations for all users, partners, vendors and technical services in line with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, maintain and update the identity and access management policy.
- Define, control and oversee the processes for granting, modifying and revoking access rights.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards (RGPD, ISO 27001, DORA, TISAX, etc.).
- Set up and manage performance and compliance indicators (KPIs/KRIs).
- Establish and animate governance committees to oversee IAM.
- Build and manage a network of access managers across the group’s units.
- Supervise the lifecycle of identities (hiring, mobility, exit, technical accounts, privileged accounts).
- Apply the principle of least privilege.
- Drive authentication solutions (SSO, MFA, identity federation).
- Oversee third‑party access management.
- Define and manage privileged access (PAM) solutions.
- Maintain traceability, review and control of sensitive accesses.
- Contribute to risk reduction of privilege abuse.
- Oversee review campaigns for authorizations.
- Participate in internal and external audits (ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, RGPD).
- Track IAM indicators and manage remediation plans for non‑conformities.
- Lead or support major IAM projects (tool deployment/evolution).
- Integrate IAM into IT and business projects from the outset (Security by Design).
- Support cloud, SaaS and Zero Trust initiatives on identity and access.
- Train and sensitize users and managers on identity and access issues.
- Provide second‑level support for complex access demands or incidents.
Qualifications
- Bac +5 in computer science, cyber security or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in information security and/or identity and access management, preferably in regulated environments such as banking or insurance.
- Expertise in IAM with strong autonomy within highly regulated contexts.
- Comprehensive view of identity governance and ability to design and drive group‑scale strategies.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in planning and running privilege review campaigns.
- Experience with internal and external audits (ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, RGPD).
- Ability to define, monitor and analyze KPI/KRI related to IAM.
- Skill in identifying non‑conformities and proposing remediation plans.
- Knowledge of market IAM tools.
- Solid understanding of IT architectures.
Functional & Regulatory Skills
- Understanding of compliance requirements (RGPD, DORA, Solvabilité 2, TISAX).
- Capability to formalise clear, applicable policies and procedures.
- Risk detection, review of access models and strategy definition.
- Governance mindset with strategic influence.
Transversal Skills
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to coach, sensitize and guide IT teams.
- Strong writing skills, analytical thinking, critical mind.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to diverse audiences.
Conditions
- Start date: as soon as possible.
- Salary: starting from €65 000 per year, commensurate with profile.
- Location: Niort, Nantes or Paris.
